Bob Smith began his business April 1, 1972 with the encouragement of his family and friends.
He grew the company from a one man operation with a small rented location to a respected
company with its own facilities located at 1103 Helena Avenue in Nederland.
Andrew purchased the company from his dad, Bob, and has been running the company for the past
five years. He continues to attend training and to provide training for his employees so the
company can continue to provide the Best Service for the Best People with the Best Trained
Employees. One of Andrew’s goals is to have all this technicians NATE Certified. NATE stands
for North American Technician Excellence, an organization dedicated to seeing that technicians
have competency, proficiency and skills to provide the level of service our customers demand.
All his employees attend safety training annually at the Industrial Safety Training Council as
well as having monthly safety meetings. We want our company to have the best safety record in our
industry and area.
Andrew and Bob made the decision together to join the Aire Serv franchise system when Andrew
came over to purchase the company. The Aire Serv group offered us the opportunity to be part
of a larger buying group without giving up control of the company, Aire Serv also offers our
customers a national organization to turn to should there ever occur a conflict that we were
not able to resolve.
We are very proud of our reputation with the BBB, and the fact that our customers have been
satisfied with our services all these years.
