Bob Smith Aire Serv is a full service company licensed and able to work on all heating,
air conditioning and ventilation systems from smallest residential systems to the largest
commercial/industrial units. We pride ourselves on providing around the clock service
when necessary including holidays. We maintain at least one technician on call at all
times and are generally able to respond to an after hour request for service within 2 hours.
The phone is answered by a live operator 24 hours a day.
Through the Aire Serv "proprietary and exclusive" Comfort Protection Plan, we offer you
specialized service agreements that fit your needs and provide the maintenance that
manufacturers require, and the EPA recommends for Energy Savings. This plan also provides
you with no overtime charges for emergency service, priority service over non-Comfort Plan
customers, 15% discount on any necessary repairs, and a discount on the cost of repairs
equal to the cost of one visit of the Comfort Protection Plan that occur during the duration
of the Plan.
